About the position:

Geeks is looking for a very well organized and attentive HR intern to help set the foundation of the HR function for Geeks through designing and creating HR policies and procedures and by supporting the team with other HR activities.


Roles and Responsibilities include:

  • Design the HR policies and procedures with the CEO to cover on-boarding, salary structures, grading structures, JDs, performance reviews and off-boarding
  • Support recruitment activities and carryout initial candidate screening
  • Help with creating and maintaining new employee files
  • Ensure all managers are carrying out the performance appraisals in line with the designed performance review process
  • Help create training material to align employees with the brand guidelines
  • Support the CEO with other HR requirements

Requirements to Apply

  • Very organized and have excellent planning/prioritization skills
  • Graduate Degree / background within the Human Resources field
  • Strong customer service orientation, and excellent communication skills both on the phone and in person
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
